The personal data of the Client collected on this Website and Application will be processed for the following purposes:
- Facilitate the maintenance, development, and management of the business relationship formalized through this Contract. The data processed for this purpose will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and, once it ends, during the retention periods and legally prescribed liability periods. The legal basis for processing is: a) Regarding the Client working on their own account or self-employed, the execution of a contract in which the interested party is involved; and b) Regarding the contact persons, the legitimate interest of B4workapp in maintaining the business relationship with the Client through them.
- Keep the Client informed, including by electronic means, about those products, services, and novelties of B4workapp that are similar to those initially contracted by the client. The data processed for this purpose will be retained for as long as the business relationship with the client is maintained or until the client opposes the processing, and thereafter during the retention periods and legally prescribed liability periods. 3. Recipients
For these purposes, B4workapp may disclose data to Public Administrations for compliance with legal obligations; to State Security Forces and Bodies and/or Courts and Tribunals that require them within the framework of an investigation, instruction, or procedure, and to banking entities for payment management. It may also disclose data to the following categories of processors: Providers of electronic communications, office automation, hosting, housing, computer maintenance, management, accounting, auditing, advisory, and legal representation. Some of these processors may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case B4workapp will have previously adopted appropriate data protection guarantees.
4. Rights
The Client may exercise the following rights related to their personal data before B4workapp: Access; Rectification; Deletion; Limitation of processing; Data portability, and Opposition. Likewise, in the processing of the Client's data based on the consent given by the Client, they have the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

dpo@b4workapp.com, which is the appointed data protection officer by B4workapp. In any case, the Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority if deemed necessary.
