In accordance with the regulations on data protection, we inform all those visitors (hereinafter, the "User" or "Users") who access and browse the Website through the domain www.b4workapp. com and its subdomains (hereinafter, "the Website") and download and use the B4WORK mobile application (hereinafter, "the Application") that all personal data collected through this Website and Application, including data provided by the User or obtained through cookies, will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose
The User's personal data collected on this Website and Application will be processed for the following purposes:
Purpose 1: To enable the use of the features available on the Website and the App, including the User's profile management, updates on the User's CV, the User’s job applications from the App, as well as the applications in Talent Clue. The data processed for this purpose will be kept as long as the business relationship between the User and Talent Clue is maintained. In the case of requests made by a User who does not have a business relationship with Talent Clue, the data will be retained until such requests have been ended.
Purpose 2: Keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about the products, services, and news of Talent Clue. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the moment in which the User withdraws its consent given for the receipt of said communications and, after that, during the legally foreseen retention and prescription periods.
Purpose 3: Communicate User’s personal data to the employers, when the Users apply to their jobs listed in the Website and App in order to manage the User’s applications. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the business relationship is kept between the User an Talent Clue. When, due to the job listing posted in Talent Clue, it is necessary to communicate the data indicated in this section, the User must accept the Privacy Policy of the employer’s job post before applying for the job. If the User does not accept such Privacy Policy, he/she will not be able to continue with the selection process.
Purpose 4: Manage the job application of those Users who send their data through the "Work with us" section. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the User's data is outdated, the User withdraws his/her consent to the processing of his/her data or exercises the right of deletion, or the period of 24 months has elapsed since it was obtained.
Purpose 5: Recover the User's data from their Talent Clue profile, as well as their CV to help them automatically fill out the job application they wish to apply for through "Apply with B4work". To use this feature it is necessary to be previously registered as a Talent Clue User. The data processed for this purpose will be kept as long as the business relationship between the User and Talent Clue is maintained.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for carrying out the data processing specified in the previous section is as follows:
Purpose 1: Execution of the business obligations assumed by the User and Talent Clue on the Website and Application. In the case of requests made by a User who does not have a business relationship with Talent Clue, the legal basis is the legitimate interest for the purposes of Talent Clue to fulfill the request.
Purpose 2: The User's consent given to receive such communications at the time of acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
Purpose 3: The User's consent given so that employers can view the User's CV when hiring is needed.
Purpose 4: Legitimate interest for the management of the User’s job application in Talent Clue.
Purpose 5: The User's consent given for the "Apply with B4work" feature so that it can retrieve the User's profile and CV and fill out the job application form automatically.
4. Recipients
In accordance with the provisions of data processing Purposes 3 and 4 indicated in the previous section, the User's data will be communicated to the employers that offer their jobs on the Website and in the Application.

Likewise, in order to properly manage the services provided by Talent Clue to the User, Talent Clue may communicate, inter alia, the User's data to the employers that offer their jobs on the Website and Application.

In any case, Talent Clue may communicate the data following categories of data processors: Providers of electronic communications, hosting, SaaS services such as CRM/ERP, management, accounting, auditing and lawyers. Talent Clue may as well transfer personal data to these processors when they are located in the United States of America adhered to the Privacy Shield, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250).
5. Rights
The User may exercise the following rights related to his/her personal data with Talent Clue: rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object or data portability. Similarly, in the processing of User data whose legitimacy is based on the consent given by the User, the User has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

In order to exercise such rights, the User may send his/her request to the e-mail address dpo@talentclue.com. Talent Clue has appointed a data protection officer, who can be contacted at dpo@talentclue.com. In any case, the User has the right to file a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority if he/she deems it appropriate.

Finally, in relation to the exercise of the rights indicated before the employers to which Talent Clue has communicated the User's data, the User knows that he/she must follow the procedure described in the privacy policies of said employers, accepted by the User at the time of the job application.
